Analogue to .boo, but expanded

Contains prefixes: "Angelic", "Blessed", "Candlelit", "Cheerful", "Cheery", etc

Suffixes: "In a Box", "the Elf", "Claus", etc

and full name replacements: "Elsa", "Mrs. Claus", "Ebenezer Scrooge", "Santa's Little Helper", etc
