Create Domain and SSL cert #24

Need to acquire a domain for this, TBC with Ed It should have an associated SSL cert that can be used (for free) Could be a subdomain of main digital festival website e.g. https://app.leedsdigitalfestival.org/

Aren't doing this just leaving it as a raw domain for now
