Attach CDN to domain #25

Once we've got a domain in #24 and a CDN in #23 Then we can set up the CDN to use the domain and ssl As per this tutorial https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cdn/cdn-map-content-to-custom-domain

Update this in index.html metadata

Aren't doing this just leaving it as a raw domain for now
