feat: Added pytest and pytest-cov; created unit unit tests #13

Added unit tests using pytest and pytest-cov.
Made python files in /src into a module so that tests can access them.
Refactored imports after changes.
Added mock config files.
Updated CI to publish test results.
Updated CI to publish a unit test status badge for the readme.
Added build status badges to readme.

Closes #7.
