Added proxy account creation to permissions. Added proxy and notification-email-address to config.toml. Clarified that the config file is required for the SSIS package and should be included in the CI build. Renamed the example SSIS projects to be more generic. Renamed the ssis-deployment instances to sql-deployment-tool.
