Added Unified Profile Schema #49

This PR will resolve #46 Edits:

Added unified profile schema (profile_schema.yml) in root folder
Integrate unified profile schema with ddprofiler and profile index store (duckdb)
Remove exclude analyzer option from ddprofiler (unified profile schema have this functionality)

Looks like xsystem analyzer and label analyzer in ddprofiler have a common part (feeding the textual data to xstructure), should this two combined as one analyzer (with two fields)?
