Quickstart Dockerfile #57

This is an initial version for a Dockerfile to run ver demo. I can later improve it with parameters to run for any dataset.

Hi Yue, you're welcom.. I can help you more on the complete pipeline if needed. This was just for a quick setup and trial. We will continue using and experimenting on the ver project.
