Since the unification of Persia has been sped up rapidly as of the latest versions, I figure it makes sense to guide the AI towards potentially forming Aryanam. I'd suggest adding an event that allows for a civilized Persia/Durrani Empire to potentially buy the area off whatever GP had annexed Sindh during the scramble, with a potential other option to invade or otherwise move in in the event of some dismantling. As is, the AI will generally stall out on needing to fully control Baluchistan (and to a lesser extent Lesser Armenia+ Azerbaijan), which always feels underwhelming when they've got 95% of the necessary cores to form and just lack the direction to get over that last hurdle.

I'm not going to guide the AI into what is effectively a rare/special tag. I mean, for all intents and purposes Aryanam is just the "Greater Persian Empire" and really does not need railroading for the AI regarding this formation.

However, I'll set it up so if Persia or Durrani somehow manages to get to GP status then they can form Aryanam without actually owning the land required to form it (expect for all the PER cores).
