Camera with Synthetic Devices #962

If there are no analog outputs, the number of frames gets messed up.

To fix, we need to use the digital edge trigger, with the duration set to camera exposure time.

@annie-xd-wang - I quickly tested it. With the default 10 ms camera delay parameter, it did drop frames. If I reduced this to 1 ms, it worked. We will need to make sure that the performance of the remote focusing device isn't compromised (e.g., synchronization between it and the operation of the camera). I think it should be okay but I will confirm.
