HealthOverlay compatibility #19

Due the HealthOverlay overwriting the vanilla hearts renderer, the two mods were clashing with each-other. So I just took on myself to implement a compatibility between the two mods. Still a little janky... But at least it works so far. Though I'll look for a way to make it work better

Actually fixed the duplicate iteration junkiness I had to go through, thanks to LlamaLad7. So overall much simpler than it was

Thanks a lot for this PR! This will not only resolve the issue with health overlay, but also sets up future compatibility with other mods, so extra thanks for that!
