[Bug?] Cape of Frostology Trinkets compatibility #30

Although the Cape of Frostology can be equipped in the cape slot, it doesn't function unless placed in the body slot. Version 0.4.1

This is intentional, it's for people who want to have the cape as a decorative cloak but not have to deal with any of its effects. However, I'm curious - do you think the distinction is obvious enough in game?
