Emerald Geodes are too rare, especially in mod packs with many different cave biomes. They are given very few opportunities to actually generate.

Feature checklist:

[x] Allow emerald geodes to generate in any biome
[x] Make emerald geodes generate at high altitudes only, similar to coal
[x] Revisit what biomes Lapis Geodes generate in -- maybe allow any "warm" biome instead of just deserts?
