Add a new Potion called the "Potion of Paranoia" that grants the Fear and Darkness effect.
Fear
For hostile mobs, the Fear effect will make them flee their current target.
For players/passive mobs, Fear will make the screen dark and desaturated, and will make them more visible to hostile mobs. Mobs will attack from further away, and be able to see the target through walls.
Checklist:
[x] Add "Fear" status effect to registry and add translations
[x] Create a Fear sprite for inventory. Possibly a skull?
[x] Make hostile mobs with Fear flee their target
[x] Make Fear desaturate the players screen (with a shader)
[x] Increase Feared entities visibility distance (like the opposite to how sneaking and invisibility decrease it).
[x] Add an advancement "The Mind Killer" that is granted when the player is stricken with Fear
[x] Add a Potion of Paranoia (brewable from Wither Roses temporarily) that grants Darkness and Fear
[x] Add a tag to make some entities immune to Fear, and populate it with Wither, Ender Dragon, Warden, and Elder Guardian by default.
