Galacticraft 5 Patch

Since Ad Astra has been discontinued for Fabric 1.21+, Galacticraft 5 is now the main game in town for Fabric space mods. Thermoo Patches should transfer the following features from the Ad Astra patch to Galacticraft 5, whenever that mod releases its first alpha:

• [ ] Extreme temperatures on the Moon/in space/on various planets
• [ ] Ability to configure a temperature for individual celestial bodies, if this is not included in Galacticraft itself
• [ ] Wearing a full Space Suit or being in an oxygenated environment should disable passive temperature
• [ ] Config to make wearing a full Space Suit disable passive temperature in the Overworld, too (default: false)

This will be maintained on a separate branch for expert players who want to use it early by building Thermoo Patches and Galacticraft 5 themselves.

Hi I wanna be super clear for anyone who sees this comment (as it caused some alarm in our discord) Ad Astra is not discontinued, just dropping Fabric support going forward on 1.21
