Ideas:
[ ] Archive posts when they have started
[ ] Activity name as title
[ ] Format message so that the message preview only shows
[ ] Add activity image to post (as embed thumbnail)
[x] Pin explanatory message or use the forum channel guidelines option, depending on how that will look
[x] Disallow creating posts
[x] Disallow reacting with emojis on the main message
[x] React with the number of missing players (max. 9, min :full:)
[ ] Contemplate using headings / lists / normal text instead of embed
[ ] channel context menus to create / edit /delete events
