[x] Need a role from admins which is allowed to use admin commands (can maybe not do this if discord new perm system isn't as crap)
[x] Discord and Destiny Admins need to link their clan to their discord server -> Only one destiny guild per server -> Only one server per destiny guild
[ ] Add registered / unregistered role

Should probly have the setup page on the website, depends on what info we get with discord oauth
