Consistent color scheme in messages and stuff #4

My idea: Primary color = #AC5098 Secondary color = #7871DF (these match the server banner)

Other colors:

3252BB

55BEF8

080808 for black

default &7 or &8 for generic gray

Changed join/leave/welcome messages (they intentionally don't follow the color scheme to be a bit more distinguishable)
Removed essentials motd

mcmmo stuff on hold cause we haven't decided whether we want it lol to do:

essentials messages (have to unpack the jar lmao)
tablist (easy) + custom ping colour with papi placeholder
scoreboard (probably easy too)
mcmmo locale if we want to keep it

Cleaned the tablist a bit, also added the hex ping colour thingie with papi
Updated mcmmo to latest version, it still doesn't seem to work with hex colours, will need to try and figure this out

Changed the secondary colour to #7871DF, was #5851BF but was too dark
Done with mcmmo (finally lol, might need some testing tho, there's way too much stuff in this plugin)

Done with scoreboard, seems okay, we might add/remove stuff from it in the future if needed
Modified redlib command format as per Redempt's suggestion

Feel free to leave feedback, test stuff etc. etc.
