Classic file verification #42

On rare occasion, the second preamble in a resource file may be empty. This PR changes the verification to ignore zero values in the second preamble. Additionally, it verifies that the first preamble is not zero, which would otherwise be successfully parsed with an odd result.

@tjhancocks Have you had a chance to look at this? I've just noticed #32, which this PR will fix.

Sorry been quite ill through October and changing jobs, so only just had chance to see this.
