E2EE DMs #19

DMs will be like rooms, but explicitly flagged as DMs. All DMs will be E2EE by default, and will only support 1:1 communications.

Might want https://github.com/TheDiscordian/native-ipfs-building-blox/issues/3 fixed too. Not technically required, but would be very nice to have.

In the interest of time https://github.com/TheDiscordian/native-ipfs-building-blox/issues/3 isn't going to be worked on before Ready-As-Example is complete.

This is implemented now: f026b492d1e78308e0ee843ce4b873447394fcbe de129650fbbab1dd34adeafaddd1381cadf29381

It could use some more UI love, but the ultimate goal was the technical implementation, which is complete.
