Prevent user from joining more than 2 rooms #6

Until TheDiscordian/native-ipfs-building-blox#3 is fixed, we shouldn't allow users to join more than 2 rooms because the interface locks up.

Being in just 2 rooms is pretty unstable too, but it's workable.
