IPFS plugin could hook into a local IPFS daemon. Could offer features like dht findprovs and output if a CID is seen, and other helpful IPFS features which could be useful in a public chat setting.

This is a good idea, especially if people are always asking questions in the ipfs discord like "is my file even on the dht?"

This was resolved in 52833b1b5f54fdb76c2a623913cde946302c0b41 / f8c9b264e385a4a8f33213b89a47ec8d31aad55c, just forgot about this issue :)
