a step by step to get this installed in discord? very devrel -- can we work on this?

I came back here to ask about this, I recommended onebot for our Ceptor Club server but Danjo said he didn't want to learn a bunch of stuff just to install a bot.

@tippi-fifestarr you want a proper step-by-step guide? Sounds reasonable. It's more-or-less just ./tools/rundev.sh but I understand there's currently just a junk README. I'll prioritize this. Thanks for the issue!
