Just tested this by shooting more than 100 bullets at the wall and I cannot confirm such issue.

And the rehlds is your base rehlds. And I don't know why they appear.

Try disabling all plugins not included by default in AMXX or CS:GO mod. If there will be no longer such an issue then it is caused by one of those disabled plugins.

But I updated to cs go mod 2.4.0 and these errors appear when someone connects and restarts their server:

Those logs suggest that you have some kind of problem with AMXX modules. Not even a single line includes anything related to cs:go mod.

If for some reason version 2.4 is problematic for you, check 2.3 and verify this issue with numbers on walls. I'll make the next release this weekend.

Also, those bullet holes do not look like default sprites - should be much smaller. Are you using a non-steam cs 1.6 client?

I don't know what you did on your server, but shot decals are clearly changed - check decals.wad. I'm 100% sure that this is a problem with your server, so I'm closing this issue.
