Target alive test #2

Extend target configuration to allow selection of host alive test.

Available tests:

  1. ICMP, TCP-ACK Service & ARP Ping
  2. TCP-ACK Service & ARP Ping
  3. ICMP & ARP Ping
  4. ICMP & TCP-ACK Service Ping
  5. ARP Ping
  6. TCP-ACK Service Ping
  7. TCP-SYN Service Ping
  8. ICMP Ping
  9. Consider Alive
