BlockDataHelper is able to transfer most of the information we need except for one thing as far as I know. Player heads that do not have an owner, but does have custom textures such as the ones provided by http://heads.freshcoal.com/ does not get transferred.
I know it is possible as I see world edit is able to do it with //copy, but I have yet to find where spigot stores this texture information.
