Primary Function: The Player can use this tool with a [left-click] to push a single block forward dependent on the player's orientation of the block in question (i.e. above, below, or aside).
Secondary Function: The player can use this tool with a [right-click] to pull a single block back dependent on the player's orientation of the block in question (i.e. above, below, or aside).
Usefullness: If the player needs to 'levitate' a single block or relocate a single block, the Hammer Tool can be used to relocate a single block without destroying or adding unnecessary blocks.
