Re-order RoadPoint export vars #75

Reorder so that the RoadPoint panel looks like this; this hierarchy makes more sense since "traffic dir" is higher level than the lane descriptors. This will also match the documentation drafts we have.

traffic_dir (array of enums)
auto_lanes (bool)
lanes (array of enums)
