Latest SVN messed up the wire money detector

I just updated DarkRP to the latest SVN on my server and have been on a few
other servers with the latest SVN, and have noticed that the wire money
detector no longer detects money.
I am a Lua coder myself, and messed with this bug for 3 - 4 hours and got
nowhere.

I would love if this could get fixed!

That one is my latest and it does work with both old and new darkrp.
(Philxyz made the latest, i just fixed his error)
