Suggestion: Admins & Cancelling Votes #263

I think admins should have an extra button on the vote GUI that allows them
to cancel the vote.

This means admins can stop someone (a known abusive player?) becoming a
cop, and so they can stop random demotes.

But that involves an admin having to type out the players name and job, it 
would be
much easier with a button on the vote GUI.

And how does that help cancel random demotes?

I'm not making this.
When admins can cancel a vote, they can cancel a demote vote against 
themselves. If a 
player abuses vote, he gets kicked or banned, really simple.
