A lot broken in update #268

What is the problem?
Ever since I updated my server money printers, drug labs, and a few other
entities spawn as OP scripted weapons. All of our custom shipments are
gone, too. Also, when I bring my F4 menu up now a little entity box pops up
in the upper left corner or my monitor. Whenever I try to click I get the
error: 
vgui/DCategoryCollapse.lua:204: attempt to index a nil value

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? if you do, which ones?

Are you using the downloaded version or an SVN revision (if SVN, which
revision number)?

Using the latest SVN

Really, it doesn't happen to me!
Try with a clean DarkRP (without any custom shipments and teams)
