What steps will reproduce the problem?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3.5+ Windows Server 2003

Please provide any additional information below.
Over the past few days I've had players connect and able to control other
players to the point where they can force them to spam in chat, the entire
server does it. I've even seen console say it as well. I'm not sure if it's
an unpatched garrysmod exploit or a DarkRP exploit.

This is not only a DarkRP problem, the problem lies with the fact that wiremod 
expression 1 or 2 file can call

concommand('say LOOK I SPAMMED!')

which basically means that anyone with a slight knowledge of expression in 
wiremod 
can make other people say things or spam the console.

Thanks, I assume it's because the clients have wiremod enabled? There is no 
wiremod
on the server.

I'm not sure if this is actually related, the server console is actually 
running say,
but wiremod is not on the server and there are no incoming rcon connections.

there is also a player_possessor included with DarkRP, if it's admins doing it 
that 
would explain it, or a incorrectly setup darkrp server allowing regular players 
to 
use this. That might also explain it.

I've looked into it, it has to do with players setting a certain setinfo and 
when
they join the server is causes the console to say stuff.

Because there is a version of dark rp that has an exploit that does this...
