Prop/Surf/Kill Protection Problem #69

I have noticed another problem withs this.When you build and easy weld the 
props and for e.g make a floor and a wall for your house,when you move and 
freeze the wall the floor dissapears into the ground.I can provide 
screenshots if you don't know what I mean or I could even show you on my 
server if you want.The test was done using PHX props.

Also when you freeze a prop in somebody's house/wall and move it again you can 
put 
props inside peoples houses (through their walls).
