Adding logo and splash screen #26

Adding a sample logo and editing splash screen to contain logo. I just ran 2 commands that took my files and created basically all the changes/files added below. I only edited the pubspec.yaml

I think the splash screen looks really good, the icon is kinda eh but for now i think its fine

Can we zoom out the logo in the circular display? They're close to the edges in a weird way imo
