Update SampleDB example #60

This PR updates the SampleDB .eln export example, with the following changes that have been made to the development version of SampleDB in the meantime:

object references are included as a list of @id values in the mentions property of object datasets
object tags are included as a comma-separated string in the keywords property of object datasets
an additional object is included in the export to showcase the keywords and mentions properties
object ID is used as identifier for object datasets
File entries now correctly use encodingFormat instead of contentType

Cool, I'll also submit a fresh .eln later and try to make sure it doesn't emit warn/err :)
