GateKeeper Doesnt work with Tranqulity #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start server
2.Join server
3.Get 'STEAMID ERROR' when i join

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't expect to get Steam-ID Error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest, 4.35

Please provide any additional information below.
I have to use Tranquility as it's perp i use Gatekeeper for.

The tranquility module is not necessary.
