Update population data (from the UN) to 2022 estimates #1

The UN conducted a review of its data and has it updated to 2022.

I understand that it is possible that now with these new data, the ability to be able to have comparisons at the IFR level between what was presented in 2019 and the 2022 revision is obtained.

In the same way, since the IFR data is used for the estimates of excess death, evaluate if these new data can provide some kind of adjustment in the estimation calculations.

Dear David, this is a good idea. Do you want to have a try at implementing this and then I can merge the pull request?

Yes, no problem. I'm going to do some tests with a fork. After that I share the results in a PR.
