Harmonize cumulative and per-day export formats #18

OWD notes that cumulative data exports have a different format for the confidence intervals than the per-day exports. Would be best if they were similar, perhaps with a column indicating if there is reported total mortality data.

Inspected this, and this is already present in the column "known_excess_deaths"
