Look into Kosovo data #20

Currently, we do not provide estimate for Kosovo (has to do with how its contested status is treated by some of our sources). Would be worth an effort to get it included.

Both WMD (https://github.com/akarlinsky/world_mortality) and WHO COVID Dashboard (https://covid19.who.int/table) include Kosovo.

In WMD, our decision rule is if the territory has an independent vital registration and/or covid figures. Kosovo does. other examples include Palestine and various European overseas territories (such as Aruba).

That all makes sense to me

Kosovo data is now added and online. Next time I think writing a tweak to "countrycode" might be the faster way to fix this. Thanks for the suggestion, it improved our work.
