Rename Nightmare?

It makes more sense to rename "nightmare" to "expert" or something since the 
first skill is "beginner".
Let me know and I'll change it.

I like "nightmare" as its still very Quake-ish, but expert could be good too.
What's also possible is to shift all the names down one spot and have it more 
like this:

1 = Easy
2 = Medium
3 = Hard
4 = Expert
5 = Nightmare (or "Insane" or something a little less sterile than "hard" or 
"expert")

I say come up with something neat. I just thought the "very" prefixes of "very 
easy" and "very hard" were a bit naff :)

On second thought, having "Medium" as 2nd difficulty seems a bit odd. If I were 
you I'd stick to Beginner, Easy, Medium, Hard and whatever you want for that 
highest difficulty. Expert is alright I guess.
