Wait key with value -2 for func_plat #107

Doors and buttons can have a -2 for their wait key. Add this possibility to 
func_plat as well.

Not sure if this is an "issue" -- but, I know it was in Q2.

I was the one that mentioned this, and to be honest, I won't be needing it if 
EP allows the player to resume after death.  I know the owner is in favor of 
the idea of a player resuming, so I figure I may not have any option but the 
"resume" option -- therefore, I've setup my map in a manner to handle support 
for "respawn/resume" after dying.  

But, I'm still thinking about it though -- sometimes I'm tempted to make a 
target_death->target_script(mmep01-restart.cfg("map_restart")) for my map.  Heh.
