static bots /w bot animating #129

Ability to display a bot in the level, standing still.  It can play it's 
default animation of standing -- that's fine.  

My next feature request is related to this one, because I then want to be able 
to send commands/actions to the bot entity for playing an animation, such as 
the death animation.

Forget animation. 

Static botspawn is also neat because you could spawn a bot and have it stand 
until activated (via target) to start fighting.  You could have a force field 
in front of it, and the force field disappears and the bot suddenly starts 
moving.  That would be cool, and scary.  : )

By "forget animation", I meant forget the idea of sending commands/actions.  

We can still keep the animation of the bot standing (static).
