Server Shutdown (Server fatal crashed: VM_Free(qagame) on running vm) #150

I'm not entirely convinced this is the fault of EntityPlus as I've seen reports 
of it submitted years ago revolving around IOQuake3. 

I fell in to a fog pit on deQue's krep1 map, died, and when I tried to respawn 
the server crashed with the following log: 

----- Server Shutdown (Signal caught) -----

AAS shutdown.
Closed log botlib.log
----- Server Shutdown (Server fatal crashed: VM_Free(qagame) on running vm)

Is this you running the release package (compiled to qvm) or your own DLL 
compile?

This is the latest source revision compiled to DLLs. I looked around for 
precompiled QVMs but wasn't finding them.
