Picking up backpack with ammo for not owned weapon gives weapon

The player is given a weapon when he picks up a backpack which contains ammo 
for a weapon he didn't have at the time of dying.

Reproduction steps:

1 - Pick up ammo for a weapon the player does not have yet.
2 - Die.
3 - Pick up the backpack.
4 - The player will have the weapon now.

This of course shouldn't happen
