Picking up RG while instagib is enabled gives limited ammo #159

When the Railgun is picked up while Instagib mode is enabled, a certain amount 
of ammo is added which causes the railgun to have limited ammo again. Picking 
up a railgun should not change the ammo.

Picking up RG in Instagib mode no longer adds ammo, so ammo for RG remains at 
unlimited.
