Add auto trigger spawnflag to target_disable

u triggered the target_disable with a trigger_always in order to turn the 
jumpad off, better with spawnflag "trigger once on mapstart".

Functionality was added in 0.3 (the IMMEDIATELY spawnflag) and fixed for 0.4 
(see issue 31)
