Allow multiple holdable items in single player #21

Right now when a player has a holdable item (such as medkit or teleporter) no 
other holdable items can be picked up. Because of the introduction of the key 
holdable item, it would be great if multiple holdable items could be held at 
once, so a player could pick up a medkit, but also a key.

The player can now hold multiple keys as well as a single existing holdable 
item (medkit or teleporter). This is a sufficient enough solution for now.
