When the player should respawn, the nearest spawnpoint is sought. However, the
game will now seek the nearest spawnpoint that doesn't telefrag (I think) and
if there's a telefrag happening there, it won't respawn the player there. In
SP, the player should simply respawn there because bots shouldn't influence the
spawning algorithm in SP mode.
