Don't let items respawn in SP mode #46

Items shouldn't respawn in SP mode. The wait key can be set to -1 already of 
course, but it saves time. Probably would be a good idea to have a wait key do 
override this, so that an item with a wait value of 5 will respawn after 5 
seconds, even in SP mode.

This is fixed in 0.5
Items don't respawn in SP mode, unless a specific wait key was set on the item.
