Way out of the destructable pit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Jumping in the pit of dirt.
2. Destroying the dirt.
3. Destroy all dirt.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A ladder or teleport or something as a way to get out

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, XP

A sloped floor that the player can walk up is an option.

Another solution, a bunch of 'rocks' the player can jump up.

Oh, the entityplus example map is just an example of how some of the entities 
work. I'm actually in the process of replacing it with a more "proof of 
concept" type of map where the entities are used in a more realistic setup.

As a side note though, version 0.4 of the mod has functionality in there to 
create ladders.

Version 0.5/0.5.1 have a new ep_example map. The old entityplus map is gone.
