Show additional info in objectives overlay #58

Show these things in objectives overlay:

- Primary objective
- Secondary objective
- Kills
- Deaths
- Skill
- Level name maybe?

Objectives overlay now also shows the number of deaths

Kills is no longer shown on objectives overlay because the PERS_SCORE stat is 
used for "carnage" score in EntityPlus mode. This means individual kills are no 
longer tracked at all.

This is done, right?  

Also, we have overlays being designed(gfx) now.  So, this issue should be 
flagged as completed, right?
